Wild Keta salmon have a naturally light, orange-pink colour and a lighter flavour with a smooth, creamy texture. Wild-caught in the Yukon River in northern Alaska, they are naturally high in protein and omega-3, and are lean and nutritious from a life swimming free.

We gently smoke these fillets over a unique blend of 4 woods – alder, beech, birch and maple – infusing them with an extra dimension of richness and flavour.

Recipe inspiration

We like our lightly smoked Keta cooked simply, so the flavours speak for themselves. Just pan fry with a little salt, pepper and lemon. For extra crispy skin, rub it with a little oil and sea salt.
